The goal of kinesiotherapy is to use all potentials of the treated patients with an accent to the highest possible recovery of the damaged locomotion function. Kinesiotherapy includes active and passive exercises. It is applied in almost all medical branches in numerous pathological conditions and in preventive purpose as well. It almost has no side effects and if so-they are almost irrelevant.
Occupational therapy
Occupational therapy is used for the purpose of engaging creative potential in patients (making tapestries and other handicrafts), because patients put their mind off their injury to easily overcome the most difficult phase of their illness.Pre professional occupational therapy aims to prepare the patient for return to his old job or another easier job. Occupation therapy is also used with children who have developmental delays in order to establish better coordination and improved life quality.
Movement, in its effectiveness, can take place of any other modality, but no therapeutic modality in the world can replace the effect of movement.
